Blackwater's international investment banking specializes in cross-border transactions covering mostly Asia Pacific. Services include public and private placements, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory. In our principal venture capital investing operations, Blackwater's investment objective is to achieve superior, tax-efficient, intermediate capital appreciation with provisions to limit downside exposure. Our venture investing activities focus on high-growth companies and companies that exhibit sustainable market leadership.
